Job summary

ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of internet-facing public platforms hosted on Commercial Cloud.

You will oversee software/hardware upgrades and coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and vendors to deliver O&M activities. The role requires hands-on cloud experience, familiarity with IT audit processes, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong experience in IT operations, system administration, and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms; AWS experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT audit processes, compliance reviews, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to secure a security clearance due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of internet-facing public digital platforms hosted on Commercial Cloud.
• Oversee implementation and upgrade of software and hardware components.
• Liaise with government agencies, contractors, service providers and third parties to deliver O&M activities.
• Manage system documentation, configuration, and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor systems to ensure adherence to IT policies, standards and directives.
• Conduct requirement gathering with end users and manage implementation of changes.
