Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operations & Maintenance coordinator to support a large-scale digital platform. You will manage vendor coordination, asset tracking, and account provisioning to ensure daily operations run smoothly and securely.

The role emphasizes administrative support, progress tracking, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in spreadsheets and basic reporting/data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities for multi-tasking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in project teams.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented for admin and operations tasks.
• Experience in IT operations, systems support, vendor/asset management, or project coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor clearance processes to ensure timely compliance.
• Coordinate annual signing/renewal of vendor agreements and declarations.
• Oversee vendor onboarding/offboarding to align with project needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to adhere to project standards.
• Manage issuance, tracking, and collection of project laptops and IT assets.
• Coordinate third-party hardware issue resolution with vendors.
• Maintain asset inventories and records; manage account provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Provide admin/operational support to facilitate project activities and milestones.
• Prepare meeting minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor routine Operations & Maintenance activities to support continuity.
• Assist in tracking project deliverables and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports/data summaries for decision-making.
