Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to maintain enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

You will ensure system availability, security, and performance across cloud, server, network, and platform services while supporting ITSM processes. The role requires hands-on AWS, Linux/Windows server management, Kubernetes, and scripting skills, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure support and maintenance.
• 3+ years managing Windows and/or Red Hat Linux servers in a cloud environment.
• Hands-on with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, EKS, Glue, EMR, Step Functions.
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, Kubernetes, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, Python, PowerShell, and Shell Scripting.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, network, database, and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
• Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, and Security Management.
• Perform infrastructure capacity planning, security reviews, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage service escalations and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support infrastructure projects, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, governance, and operational standards.
