Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. is seeking an Administrative & Operations Support professional in Singapore to manage vendor security clearances, onboarding, and asset provisioning.

You will coordinate annual signings, maintain project laptops, and liaise with external vendors to resolve issues. The role also covers provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, minute-taking, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform basic reporting and simple data analytics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders outside the immediate project team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with good follow-through on administrative and operational tasks.
• Prior experience in IT operations, vendor coordination, or system support preferred.
• Familiarity with account provisioning, asset management, and compliance processes is an advantage.
• This role will need to secure a clearance, due to the sensitivity of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor security clearances and compliance processes.
• Coordinate annual AUP/OSA signing and renewals for vendors.
• Support vendor onboarding and exit clearance procedures.
• Manage issuance, collection, and tracking of project laptops.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to resolve laptop/hardware issues.
• Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of project accounts and access.
• Project & Operations Support.
• Perform minute-taking and documentation for project meetings.
• Monitor routine O&S activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
