Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. is seeking a Systems Engineer to ensure the availability, security, and compliance of a mission-critical cloud-hosted enterprise application. You will operate production systems, manage incidents, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive improvements.

The role requires monitoring, audits coordination, and change management in a full onsite environment at West Central Region, Singapore. Strong IT operations and security awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/qualifications in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems in production environments.
• Knowledge of IT operations, incident & change management, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production systems, applying upgrades for stability and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and providers to execute tasks.
• Monitor compliance with standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Prepare incident summaries and status reports for stakeholders.
• Support IT audits and coordinate remediation actions for findings.
• Plan changes, deployments, and environment setups with risk mitigation.
• Oversee testing and user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet requirements.
