Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer with hands‑on AWS and Azure skills.

You will manage cloud infrastructure, ensure operational stability, and drive continuous improvement of cloud services. The role includes incident resolution, security governance, cost and capacity planning, IaC automation, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with project teams, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT infrastructure or cloud operations experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting AWS and/or Microsoft Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform patching, maintenance, backup, recovery, and operational support activities.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls and governance requirements.
• Manage cloud resources, costs, and capacity planning.
• Support automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
• Work closely with project teams, vendors, and customers on cloud-related activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor junior cloud engineers on cloud technologies, operational processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management when required.
