Job summary

TDCX is a Singapore-headquartered global BPO enabling the future of CX through technology and human expertise. We seek a technical sales engineer to act as the main technical expert and sales accelerator within a fast-paced, partner-led Cloud ecosystem.

You will validate complex customer requirements, design scalable cloud solutions, and collaborate with channel networks to remove blockers. 5+ years in cloud tech sales and a professional Cloud certification are required to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Cloud certification at professional level (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) or similar specialization.
Minimum of 5 years in a technical sales engineer or customer-facing systems engineering role in Cloud.

Responsibilities

Architectural Engineering & Technical Validation: translate business requirements into scalable cloud blueprints and resolve design bottlenecks to accelerate deals.
Ecosystem Empowerment & Specialized Consulting: educate and equip third‑party partners with knowledge to address deployment hurdles independently.
Cross-Functional POD Architecture: align with BD, sales, and solution teams to remove roadblocks and present unified technical solutions to buyers.
Technical Asset Synthesis & Governance: document architecture confirmations and milestones in Salesforce and ensure deployment plans are accurate.
