Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in public cloud pre-sales solution architecture.
• Strong cloud computing and virtualization skills (KVM, Xen, LXC).
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency for China collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect customized cloud solutions aligned with customer objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements, regulations, and constraints, translating into structured designs and execution plans.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and engineering teams, communicating requirements and monitoring milestones.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution demos, architecture workshops, and PoCs.
• Represent Tencent Cloud at industry events to enhance brand credibility and influence in the Singapore market.
