Job summary

Toku Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales for AWS Connect and Cisco contact centre solutions. You will translate complex cloud tech into customer value, build compelling demos, and collaborate with sales to close opportunities.

The role blends technical depth with strong communication in a fast-growing cloud CX business, open to Singapore-based hybrid work or regional remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales experience in cloud contact centre or related tech.
• Experience with AWS and Cisco contact centre technologies.
• Ability to design solutions and build demos for AWS Connect and Cisco CCaaS.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to respond to RFPs/RFIs and discuss technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for CCaaS opportunities on AWS Connect and Cisco platforms.
• Design, configure, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and contribute to scope of work docs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand business requirements.
• Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on CCaaS, AI-enabled CX, and cloud contact centre trends.
