Job summary

GovTech is seeking a Senior Technical Manager in Singapore to provide technical leadership across design, development and secure deployment of scalable digital solutions. You will guide architecture reviews, drive DevSecOps practices and mentor engineers across disciplines.

The role requires hands-on capability, strong cloud knowledge (AWS preferred), proficiency in IaC (Terraform), Python and JavaScript, and a pragmatic approach to risk, security and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in design, development and deployment of secure solutions.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and cloud Engineering.
• Experience reviewing designs and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities
