Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior Technical/Technical Manager for Cloud & Software Engineering to provide technical leadership across design, development, and secure, scalable digital solutions. You will mentor engineers, guide architectures, and hands-on implement across DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure.

The role requires broad expertise in software development, cloud engineering, and secure practices, with the ability to review designs, manage risks, and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical capability and willingness to contribute to implementation.
• Broad technical knowledge across software development, DevOps and infrastructure/cloud engineering.
• Familiar with Terraform, Python, JavaScript and Iac; strong CI/CD and API thinking.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture; strong cybersecurity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development and implementation of secure, scalable digital solutions.
• Offer hands-on contributions across software development, DevSecOps and cloud/infrastructure engineering.
• Mentor engineers and review architectures and engineering approaches.
