Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience building production-grade web applications with backend focus.
• Experience as Technical Lead or Engineering Manager in agile environments.
• Track record designing and operating scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional engineering team with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define technical vision and architecture for government-wide platforms.
• Balance rapid delivery with long-term reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Drive engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing, reviews, and deploy automation.
