Job summary

sggovterp seeks a Senior Manager (Cloud & Infrastructure) to lead operations and technology management for GCC Azure/AWS and end-user services in Singapore. You will collaborate with security teams to drive upgrades, maintain SLAs, and oversee vendor contracts.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in team management, and relevant cloud certifications. You will shape the IT roadmap and ensure seamless digital productivity across departments.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Computer Science or related fields with at least 10 years IT experience.
• At least 5 years dealing with end users, and 3 years in team management.
• Industry certifications such as Azure administrator or PMP welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management of GCC Azure, GCC AWS, Firewalls, network devices and collaboration platforms.
• Lead technology management across GCC Azure/AWS and related services; stay ahead of new capabilities.
• Coordinate application management with security teams to upgrade end-user services and ensure reliability.
• Manage risks, audits and vendor contracts; ensure compliance and timely reviews.
• Drive projects to enhance TP digital productivity workspace and align IT roadmap with org needs.
• Lead TP and vendor teams; set standards, analyze usage data and foster skill development.
