Job summary

BlueCube Media in Singapore seeks an energetic, proactive client relationship manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, project alignment, and high client satisfaction.

You will build lasting relationships, coordinate proposals and quotes for website projects, schedule client meetings, and collaborate with operations and finance to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery across APAC engagements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in client account servicing, account management, project coordination or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the engagement.
• Lead, participate and prepare relevant proposals, quotations and materials for website tender projects
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all relevant materials and information are prepared and shared in advance.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary while keeping communication transparent.
• Work closely with internal departments, including operations and finance, to align on project goals and maintain consistent messaging across teams.
• Proactively identify potential challenges, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and maintaining regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and keep clients informed of the resolution progress.
• Clearly communicate project expectations, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate channels to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Support document preparation such as client reports, contracts, and billing materials, while maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns before they escalates, and contribute to long-term client retention strategies.
• Assist with the preparation and issuance of quotes and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
