Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of account management or client service experience in an advertising agency or related industry; event and digital marketing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business goals.
• Manage projects from digital to event marketing and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Confidently present campaign ideas and strategies to clients and secure buy-in.
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals to win new clients.
