Job summary

oAho in Singapore seeks a Customer Project & Services professional to lead end-to-end client projects within brand management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and liaise with clients to ensure outcomes align with brand standards.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within marketing, communications or brand management
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication abilities with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end customer projects, including planning, coordination and execution across all project phases
• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and regular updates on project progress
• Developing and maintaining detailed project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver brand management services that meet or exceed client expectations
• Identifying potential risks and issues within projects and implementing proactive solutions
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve our service offerings
• Preparing comprehensive project reports and performance metrics for client review
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and strategic account management
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently applied across all deliverables
• Supporting the development of proposals and service documentation for prospective clients
