Job summary

MCI Singapore seeks a Client Success Executive to join our team and help bring brand experiences, events, and marketing campaigns to life. You will support pitches, research venues, source suppliers, prepare costings, and assist in servicing client accounts from day one.

You will work with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to turn client briefs into engaging experiences, while maintaining strong communication and a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-like degree in business, hospitality, or marketing.
• 1–3 years in meetings/events and/or hotel/hospitality.
• 1–3 years in account management or account servicing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Support pitches and new business development.
• Develop compelling pitch proposals with Account Managers.
• Research venues, suppliers, and experiences to back creative recommendations.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget support for ideas and proposals.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks and client materials to win new business.
• Support day-to-day servicing of client accounts and coordinate internal teams.
• Prepare meeting materials, project updates, and timelines for clients.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
