MCI Group Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Client Success to serve as a strategic partner for key client relationships. You will manage the Global Account base in Singapore and APAC, strengthening partnerships and driving value through stakeholder management and coordinated solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in meetings and events and/or hotel and hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research from multiple sources and channels.
• Strong presentation skills and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement Annual Client Needs Assessment, Account Action Plan, and Personal Action Plan.
• Manage relationships with local and country contacts and understand current and future client needs.
• Be the voice of the client within MCI and coordinate deployment of resources for comprehensive solutions.
• Identify global account trends and growth opportunities with Project Managers.
• Spot opportunities for meetings/events in Singapore and APAC and collaborate with regional/global colleagues.
• Create value by addressing client objectives in creative ways.
• Plan and deliver impactful presentations tailored to audiences.
• Upsell MCI services during project lifecycle.
• Prepare for negotiations with a consultative approach to resolve objections.
• Lead multi-functional, multi-geographical, and virtual teams with strong financial planning.
