Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in account servicing, project coordination, or sales support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Handle inquiries and provide timely support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, project status, invoices and payments.
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, contractors, and operations teams.
• Prepare reports and updates for management.
