Job summary

Lockton is seeking a client-focused professional to support regional consultants in managing global and regional client portfolios from its Singapore base. You will coordinate with country teams on renewals, placements, stewardship meetings and ongoing account management, while contributing to organic growth and new business development.

Responsibilities include preparing documentation, reviewing policies, managing invoices, and supporting renewal discussions with insurers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of insurance broking experience; Employee Benefits experience is an advantage.
• Degree, relevant insurance qualification or technical diploma preferred.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with strong accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Consultants in managing global and regional client portfolios.
• Coordinate with in-country teams on renewals, placements, stewardship meetings and account management.
• Deliver against annual targets and drive growth and new business development.
• Maintain client records and accurate invoicing; support renewal discussions and presentations.
• Share market insights and ensure compliance with regulations and Code of Conduct.
