is seeking an accomplished Client Partner - Insurance to own and expand strategic insurance client relationships across Asia, driving profitable account growth and large-scale transformation opportunities. You will combine deep insurance knowledge with executive credibility to grow multi-million-dollar accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and shape investment roadmaps across consulting, technology, cloud, data, AI, and managed services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic account management or related leadership roles.
• Proven success growing multi-million-dollar accounts in APAC or global markets.
• Strong knowledge of insurance value chains and transformations.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic insurance accounts across Asia.
• Lead strategic pursuits, proposals, and contract closures.
• Provide delivery governance and risk management.
• Represent Capgemini in client forums and industry events.
