Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an Engagement Manager to bridge sales, consulting and delivery, shaping solutions and guiding deals from pursuit to closure. You will leverage delivery leadership and industry expertise to ensure credible client engagement and successful outcomes.

In this role you will partner with account teams, manage cross‑functional delivery efforts, provide governance and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff while contributing to reusable assets and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in consulting, professional services, system integration, or technology services organizations.
• Proven experience leading or managing client-facing transformation, technology, or business consulting engagements.
• Experience supporting bid management, solution development, proposal creation, and client pursuits.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and program management practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across sales, consulting, delivery, and technical disciplines.
• Experience within consulting firms or technology services organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal Pursuit & Client Engagement: Partner with sales and account teams to qualify opportunities and understand client business challenges, objectives, and transformation priorities.
• Solution Shaping & Commercial Support: Work with consulting, architecture, and delivery teams to develop practical, scalable, and outcome-focused solutions.
• Delivery Readiness & Transition: Lead the transition from pursuit to delivery by ensuring clear handover of scope, assumptions, risks, and commitments.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with sales, consulting, delivery, and practice teams to improve pursuit effectiveness and solution quality.
