Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in technology or consulting roles.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in consulting, transformation, or technology leadership roles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills demonstrated through leading complex engagements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and cultivate executive stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes
• Drive business development by qualifying opportunities and developing compelling proposals to secure new projects
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
