Job summary

Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited is seeking a senior Transformation Lead/Business Analyst to steer end-to-end initiatives across front, middle and back office. You will independently guide problem framing, requirements gathering, design and implementation, with a focus on rapid, value-driven outcomes.

You will double-hat as a Business Analyst, challenge assumptions, and build executive-ready updates while collaborating with senior stakeholders across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• Structured thinking with ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize complex information.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior levels in asset management.
• Experience delivering complex change initiatives end-to-end.
• Front-to-back understanding of asset management products and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across front, middle and back office domains.
• Manage project lifecycle from problem framing, requirements gathering, design to implementation.
• Balance structured programmes with ad-hoc, rapid initiatives and tight budgets.
• Act as Business Analyst to elicit and refine business requirements.
• Develop practical, decision-ready recommendations and executive updates.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across markets and functions.
• Drive benefits realisation and measurable business outcomes.
• Utilise AI and digital tools to improve analysis, productivity and delivery.
