The role requires extensive experience in asset management, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex change across geographies. You will drive delivery discipline, governance, and benefits realisation while leveraging AI/tools for enhanced analysis and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of PM/BA experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience across buy-side, sell-side or leading consulting firms.
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex change initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and stakeholders.
• Exposure to operating model transformation, digital initiatives or platform implementations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across front, middle and back office domains.
• Independently manage project lifecycle from problem framing, requirements gathering, solution design through to implementation.
• Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Apply structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems and develop practical, decision-ready recommendations.
• Drive benefits realisation and challenge assumptions to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve analysis, productivity and delivery efficiency.
