Job summary

Accenture PLC in Singapore is seeking an HR Functional Lead Consultant in the Talent & Organisation practice to drive transformation of HR operations and operating models. You will assess current processes, design future-state models, and develop solutions that enable business transformation.

You will partner with stakeholders, run workshops, map As-Is/To-Be processes, conduct fit-gap analyses, and champion AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Business Operating Model.
• 5+ years in HR transformation, business process consulting, or operating model design.
• Experience with process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases showing how technology impacts people, processes and operating models.
• Proven passion for AI-powered tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design new HR business processes tailored to transformation requirements.
• Conduct current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process mapping.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to identify gaps.
• Facilitate business requirements workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.

• Develop innovative solutions using established methodologies.
