The team focuses on delivering high‑impact organizational change, shaping workforce transformation, and enabling successful technology adoption across large, complex accounts.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Change & Talent Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-scale SAP-enabled business transformation. This role combines change leadership, workforce transformation, operating model design, and executive advisory across large transformation programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, drive adoption, and connect technology investments to business outcomes. The role also requires a strong consulting and commercial mindset, including contributing to account growth and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation strategy across large-scale SAP, ERP, digital, and workforce transformation programmes.
• Advise C-suite and senior client stakeholders on organisation design, workforce strategy, operating model transformation, and business change.
• Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and value realisation across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and change strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide oversight and guidance across programme teams to ensure quality, consistency, and delivery excellence.
• Facilitate executive discussions and help clients solve complex business and transformation challenges.
• Apply structured problem-solving and consulting approaches in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Support proposal development, sales pursuits, account growth activities, and identification of follow-on opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in management consulting, organisational change, workforce transformation, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong experience leading change within large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience advising senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in operating model design, organisation design, workforce transformation, or business transformation.
• Strong consulting skills including problem-solving, business case development, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams and influence stakeholders across complex organisations.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Consulting background from firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Capgemini, Infosys, or Wipro.
• Experience supporting sales, proposals, account growth, or revenue-generating opportunities.
• Experience working with large multinational or Singapore-based enterprises.
• Exposure to AI-enabled transformation, skills transformation, or future workforce initiatives.
