Responsibilities

Lead digital and AI transformation initiatives for external stakeholders and clients.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Analyze business processes and recommend practical transformation solutions.
Manage transformation projects from planning through implementation.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change adoption across teams.
Work across business, technology, and workforce teams to ensure successful implementation.
Support data-driven decision-making and longer-term innovation initiatives.
