Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology's SITLEARN division seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to oversee CET operations. You will manage end-to-end programme administration, learner communications, and documentation ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities include coordinating venue logistics for face-to-face and online courses, supporting billing operations, and engaging internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless learning experience for adult learners.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or Diploma holder with at least two years of relevant experience in programme administration, operations, learner support, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Programme Administration and Learner Support: end-to-end administration and operations of CET and SCTP programmes, learner registration, attendance tracking, assessments, communications, records, and documentation in compliance with requirements.
• Programme Logistics and Delivery Coordination: venue bookings, classroom setup, vendor arrangements, and support for face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats to ensure smooth delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination, Systems and Process Support: coordinate with internal stakeholders, manage account setups and inquiries to support billing, assist process improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ad-hoc Assignments: undertake other duties to support SITLEARN's operational needs and priorities.
