Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of administrative management or senior customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating examinations (OSCE/MMI).
• Familiarity with course accreditation processes and educator registry management.
• Strong LMS and TMS administration skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end CET programme logistics, venues, platforms, and F&B.
• Coordinate SSG course accreditation submissions and registry records.
• Manage learner registration, enrolment, and certificate issuance.
• Provide on-site/online administrative support during sessions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
