Job summary

Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore is seeking an Executive to support the CET office in programme administration, logistics, financial reporting and system onboarding for CET programmes.

You will onboard learners for Academic CET, SkillsFuture and customised programmes, support applicants and learners, handle admission evaluation, manage STEP queries, liaise with corporate departments and external agencies, and track grant disbursements with regular reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard CET learners for Academic CET, SkillsFuture and customised programmes.
• Provide administrative support to applicants and learners.
• Assist with admission evaluation and related matters.
• Handle STEP processes, admin, finance, course and application matters.
• Liaise with corporate departments and external agencies on admission and funding.
• Verify historical data migrated from SIMS to STEP.
• Track grant disbursement and prepare learner progress reports.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
