Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Operations Support Executive to assist in nonclinical administration and support operations for the Bukit Batok Care Home.

You will lead a team to manage daily administrative, operational, logistics, maintenance, safety and security activities to deliver resident services to the healthcare team. The role reports to the Centre Director/Manager and COO, with responsibilities covering procurement, vendor management, records, rosters and IHAM

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma with 3+ years relevant operations and corporate experience.
• Knowledge of security operations, facility management, fire safety and workplace health and safety.
• Experience in budgeting, team management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, data management in Excel, reporting, and tender documents.
• Strong writing ability and good communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and oversee all support services of the Care Home to meet performance standards.
• Plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, administration, procurement, logistics, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security.
• Supervise facilities staff and outsourced vendors to ensure service quality and safety.
• Liaise with CM/Manager/COO and oversee tender projects and reports.
• Maintain administrative records, inventory, procurement documentation and monthly duty rosters.
• Assist in providing transport arrangements and liaising with internal/external customers.
