Job summary

VANGUARD HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Operations Support Executive to oversee nonclinical admin and facilities management at our Bukit Batok Care Home.

You will coordinate maintenance, safety, security, procurement, logistics, and daily operations, leading a small team to deliver reliable resident services. Reporting to the Centre Director/Manager and COO, you will manage budgets, prepare reports and tender documents, and ensure compliance with safety standards while guiding staff in

Qualifications

• Degree. diploma acceptable with 3+ years relevant operations experience.
• Knowledge of security operations, facility management, fire safety and workplace health and safety.
• Experience in budgets, team management, creating PowerPoint presentations, Excel data management, reporting, and tender document development.
• Strong writing ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all support services of the Care Home and maintain targeted performance standards.
• Plan, coordinate and manage operations, administration, procurement, logistics, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security.
• Coordinate with Facility Assistants and outsourced vendors to ensure performance standards.
• Oversee safety compliance, asset management and procurement processes.
• Lead staff and coordinate with internal stakeholders to handle enquiries and feedback.
• Prepare monthly duty rosters and assist in tender projects and reports.
