Touch Community Services Limited is seeking a Senior Officer to provide administrative and operational support across Home Nursing, Home Medical and Home Therapy services in Singapore. You will work closely with clinical teams to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently and reports are prepared accurately.

You will coordinate client appointments, assist with NEHR access administration, and compile monthly statistics for management and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in business/healthcare admin or related field.
• Strong administrative, coordination and organisational capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable using electronic systems/databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to engage clients, caregivers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client appointments, home visits and related care arrangements with accurate records.
• Support NEHR access administration with monthly staff access reviews.
• Compile monthly/quarterly operational statistics and prepare reports for management.
