Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to assist in the daily non-clinical operations of a Bukit Batok Care Home. You will support logistics, maintenance, safety and security for resident services and healthcare teams.

You will work with the Ops Support Executive and Centre Manager to maintain service standards, coordinate with vendors, and prepare reports. O Level/Nitec candidates preferred; proficiency in MS Office required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic admin tasks.
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy in records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, fire safety and workplace health safety.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic M&E systems and perform simple maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in non-clinical support operations for Care Home facilities.
• Support logistics, maintenance, safety and security activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and staff to ensure service standards.
• Help collate duty rosters and operational statistics for reporting.
• Take on adhoc tasks as needed by OSE, CM or COO.
