Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support non-clinical administration, operations and logistics at Bukit Batok Care Home in Singapore.

The role assists the Centre Manager and operations team to ensure smooth delivery of administrative services and maintain performance standards. The candidate should have about 2–3 years of relevant experience, a Diploma or equivalent, and be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job.
• Diploma required; O-Levels/Higher NITEC considered with 2+ years’ admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle front-desk receptionist duties and general inquiries.
• Manage mail collection and distribution.
• Oversee stationery, office supplies, and inventory control (including fixed assets).
• Coordinate procurement and logistics support for daily operations.
• Liaise with maintenance contractors for furniture and equipment upkeep.
• Collate operational statistics and assist in reports.
