Job summary

You will assist the Senior/Executive, Operations and Centre Manager to ensure smooth delivery of services and to meet performance standards.

Key duties include receptionist tasks, procurement and inventory, transport arrangements, vendor liaison, and coordinating maintenance with contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma required; O-Levels or Higher NITEC with 2+ years admin exp considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Resilience in startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Receptionist duties and handling enquiries and correspondence.
• Procurement, logistics support and inventory management.
• Coordinate with maintenance contractors for repairs and upkeep.
• Collate operational statistics and assist in reports.
• Ad hoc duties as required by CM or Head of Operations.
