Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee service operations within a healthcare context in Singapore. The role requires supervising teams, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving service quality and efficiency.

The candidate will coordinate back-of-house services such as linen, kitchen, inventory, environmental hygiene, landscaping and facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• At least 8 years in managing operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience in leading teams, handling customer feedback, and planning with quality experience.
• Candidates with healthcare work experience have an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Rationalize and manage support services coverage and provision in a cost-efficient way for back of house service operations including linen inventory and laundry services, kitchen operations and inventory management of medical consumables and equipment.
• Establish clear service agreements outlining scope, cost and responsibilities; monitor and manage outsourced services quality.
• Develop and implement frameworks supporting operational excellence; establish SOPs and programmes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical leads and centre managers to ensure operations meet regulatory and licensing standards; drive waste reduction and improve client service and staff productivity.
• Lead projects on service quality, readiness for new facilities, and operational readiness planning; manage budgeting, workflows, data analytics and training.
• Prepare monthly reports on budgets, operational metrics and initiative progress; provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
