You will perform system analysis for card processing, work with Vision Plus, and manage documentation in Jira/Confluence; 8+ years of relevant experience and a degree are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in System Analysis/Business Analysis in Cards & Payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Deep experience with cards, networks and card processing workflows.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on VisionPlus in Banking Cards & Payments environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments within the Banking domain.
• Perform System Analysis for credit/debit card processing and card payment networks.
• Analyze card and loan processing, including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off processes.
• Analyze and support card transaction dispute processes and related payment workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
• Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Perform system analysis and support Vision Plus based on card processing workflows.
