Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banking projects.
Business-level English communication, written and verbal.
Experience reviewing functional specs, design documents, interfaces, and requirements.
Knowledge of Payments, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Corporate Banking.
Experience with end-to-end transaction flows, data mapping and interface specs.
Ability to work with business users, IT, vendors and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze business requirements, functional specs and system design docs for banking projects.
Understand banking transaction flows and align business and system needs.
Identify gaps, risks and issues in project documentation and processes.
Coordinate clarifications with business, IT, vendor and regional stakeholders.
Support governance, progress tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain project documentation and report on status and actions.
