Job summary

INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a seasoned Functional Business Analyst to drive card and payment domain initiatives, focusing on automating processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and delivering clear requirements to developers.

You will manage stakeholders, coordinate with product owners and system analysts, translate business needs into detailed user stories, and ensure end-to-end processes meet regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual processes, diagnose inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with executives.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation for developers.
• Define detailed user stories based on business requirements and bank format.
• Coordinate with Product Owner, System Analysts and design teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify dependencies and ensure non-functional requirements are incorporated.
