Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience in large-scale IT or financial services projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, interface design, and testing lifecycle.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, vendors, and integration partners.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and resolve technical issues.
• Must be currently based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand, validate, and document user, system, and business requirements.
• Assist in identifying necessary customizations based on business needs.
• Design functional solutions, workflows, and conceptual documentation.
• Facilitate communication during requirement gathering, design, reviews, and approvals.
• Review FSD, TSD, ISD, Configurations, E2E mappings, and ERD documents.
• Review RTM to ensure full requirement coverage.
• Document communications and clarifications across project phases.
• Support design change management ensuring all updates are reflected.
• Align integration protocols and system interface requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain the Interface Register.
• Consolidate evidence of interface connectivity from surrounding systems.
• Document integration aspects including SOD/EOD, ACK/NACK, and protocols.
• Consolidate ping test evidence across environments.
• Consolidate results and findings for reporting to the Project Manager.
• Develop deep understanding of business domain and system architecture.
• Support continuous improvements and best practices.
