Job summary

EVYONIC SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior System/Business Analyst for Cards & Payments within the Banking domain in Singapore. You will analyze and document business and system requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery.

You will manage requirements in Jira/Confluence and engage with vendors and technical teams, with Vision Plus experience preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years in System Analysis / Business Analysis with Cards & Payments in Banking.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of card processing, payments networks, delinquency and write-offs.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and card payment workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document business and system requirements for Cards & Payments within Banking.
Perform System Analysis for credit/debit card processing and card networks.
Analyze card and loan processing including delinquency, charge-off, and write-off.
Support card transaction dispute processes and related payment workflows.
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to clarify requirements.
Manage requirements and documentation using Jira and Confluence; Vision Plus where applicable.
