Recruit Express Pte Ltd is assisting a full-licence bank in Singapore to hire an experienced Business Analyst for the Cards & Technology Team on a 12-month contract. You will drive requirements analysis, solution design, and testing through to go-live readiness.

You will collaborate with Singapore and Head Office project teams, lead governance and UAT activities, track risks and issues, and ensure smooth implementation in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project activities, milestones and deliverables across multiple phases.
• Organise workshops and governance meetings; prepare minutes and track actions.
• Support current-state mapping, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, with Singapore localisation.
• Coordinate FSD/TSD reviews, consolidate feedback and track changes.
• Maintain documentation and traceability using Jira/Confluence, ensuring audit readiness.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including access, data, test cases and progress tracking.
• Monitor test results, defects, retesting and regression within SLAs.
• Track readiness requirements: risk, regulatory obligations, SOPs, training and communications.
• Support data cleansing, migration validation, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate post-implementation hypercare and handover to BAU.
• Liaise with Singapore and HO teams to maintain project alignment.
• Maintain trackers and status reports for visibility.
• Follow-up on actions, issues, risks and dependencies; escalate concerns.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve gaps and clarify requirements.
• Support leadership with coordination and readiness activities.
