Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12‑month contract in Singapore, focusing on Cards & Technology. You will drive governance, requirements documentation, UAT, risk tracking and go‑live readiness across Singapore and Head Office teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in banking/financial services BA roles, strong documentation skills and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. Experience in cards or payments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project delivery or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
• Hands‑on exposure to the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design reviews, SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover and post‑implementation support.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in project documentation, document control, status reporting, audit evidence management and deliverable tracking.
• Strong analytical, organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination across Singapore and Head Office teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, milestones and deliverables across multiple implementation phases with integrated plans and RAID logs.
• Organise governance meetings, prepare minutes, track actions and support management reporting.
• Support requirement gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and localising for Singapore.
• Coordinate FSD/TSD reviews, consolidate feedback and track changes and approvals.
• Maintain governance and audit readiness using Jira, Confluence and controlled repositories.
