Job summary

DBS is seeking an Associate, Technical Business Analyst for its Institutional Banking Group Technology in Singapore. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners and operations teams to gather, document and translate requirements for Payments domain, and support agile delivery and solution design discussions.

You will help with test planning, acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability across payments, entitlements and notifications workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of business analysis experience in banking, financial services or technology projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specs.
• Proficiency with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document and refine business requirements for Payments domain.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, flows and acceptance criteria.
• Support QA, UAT and test automation to validate business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, maintain traceability and contribute to release planning.
• Support Agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to define test scenarios and ensure traceability.
