Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to join the Cabin Crew Rostering Department in the Flight Operations Division. The role focuses on planning, optimisation and timely publication of monthly cabin crew rosters, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance and fair distribution of flying hours across fleets.

You will also plan and roster regulatory and service trainings to keep crew operationally qualified, while coordinating with divisions and unions to communicate roster

Responsibilities

• Plan, optimise and publish monthly cabin crew rosters using JCR and CM systems.
• Ensure timely publication of over 9,000 rosters monthly with accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and roster training for regulatory and service trainings to keep crew operationally qualified.
• Maintain fairness in flying hours and allowances across fleets by adjusting parameters.
• Respond quickly to operational changes to update rosters before publication.
• Lead rostering team of 13 staff (3 Senior Associates, 10 Associates).
