Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our cabin crew. The role includes a comprehensive four-month training programme covering safety, product knowledge, and grooming, preparing you to operate as an SIA Cabin Crew.

After graduation, you will receive a monthly salary of SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000, inclusive of flight allowance; the position is based in Singapore on an initial 5-year contract with extension possible based on performance.

• Fluent in English with good communication for servicing international customers.

Your journey with Singapore Airlines begins with a comprehensive four-month training programme, from safety procedures to product knowledge to grooming, equipping you with the knowledge and skillsets you need to operate as a SIA Cabin Crew.

Remuneration and Benefits

You will receive a basic salary during your training period.Upon graduation and the start of your flying duties, you will enjoy an attractive monthly salary package of approximately SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000, inclusive of flight allowance based on hours flown.

You will be based in Singapore with an initial 5-year contract, with the opportunity for extension depending on your performance.

SIA will be conducting interviews for cabin crew in Singapore on 24 October 2026. If you meet the following requirements, we will be pleased to receive your application:

• Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
• Pleasant personality and service-oriented
• Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
• Minimum height requirement of at least 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
• Minimum qualification of 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above
