Job summary

Scoot is seeking a driven Specialist, Rostering to join the Flight Crew Rostering and Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring ANR-compliant rosters, monitoring OCC operations, and managing roster changes and crew attendance.

You will collaborate with Fleet, HR, IT, and Operations to meet performance standards. You will coordinate accommodation, transport, crew leave, and invoicing processes, while contributing to KPI tracking and system improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma is required with 2 years working experience in operations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Proficient in rostering systems and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Ensure rosters are ANR compliant and monitor OCC operations
• Manage Published Rosters and crew absenteeism, lateness, and sickness
• Coordinate roster changes >72 hours to STD and liaise with Fleet/HR teams
• Handle crew leave applications, transport arrangements, and duty changes
• Track KPIs for management review and support rostering system enhancements
