Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking a Cabin Crew Business Technology professional to own the Cabin Crew operations products and align with the digital roadmap. He/she will drive product vision, gather requirements, and manage backlogs to improve efficiency and compliance.

You will build and enhance Tableau dashboards for OKRs and metrics, validate features through testing, and ensure governance. Strong cabin crew domain knowledge and GenAI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Strong cabin crew domain knowledge and understanding of SIA service procedures.
• Experience in prompt engineering and developing GenAI solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technologies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous, analytical, systematic, and logical in problem definition and solving.

Responsabilités

• Product vision and roadmap for Cabin Crew Operations Products aligned to digital roadmap and business priorities.
• Requirements gathering, backlog management: elicit, analyze and document business requirements; prioritise backlog.
• Define test strategy, UAT plans and ensure regression coverage.

Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department in SIA Cabin Crew Division. He/she will own the Cabin Crew products to improve cabin crew operations, aligned to the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Product vision and roadmap

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy and multi release roadmap for Cabin Crew Operations Products aligned to the Cabin Crew digital roadmap and business priorities.
  

Requirements gathering and backlog management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Map current workflows, identify pain points, control gaps and automation opportunities to simplify, digitise and improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Convert requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritised, transparent backlog.
  

Testing & Validation

• Define test strategy, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and entry/exit criteria; manage defect triage to closure and ensure regression coverage.
• Validate that delivered functionality meets documented requirements, quality and compliance standards.
  

Data, analytics and reporting

• Build and enhance comprehensive Tableau dashboards to track cabin crew business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and operational metrics.
• Design intuitive data visualisations that provide actionable insights.
  

Requirements
